Description: The course introduces students to programming in the simple visual environment of Scratch Junior.
The study takes place in the form of a game and covers the basics of algorithms. Scratch Junior allows programming to a child who can’t even read or write. This is achieved by using visual programming in the form of image blocks. Compiling a program (algorithms) is done by dragging blocks, which are sequentially placed one after another. This allows you to create different action scenarios for characters.
During the course, students will become familiar with the concept of an algorithm and its components, will be able to program a variety of game characters, and also gain basic skills in working with a personal computer.
This course can become the basis in the passion for the very interesting and deep world of programming and computers.
What is needed: personal computer with web connection support (webcam and microphone), Internet connection speed of AT LEAST 7 MB/s (incoming and outgoing).
