Description: The Codeblocks course is designed to study visual programming and get acquainted with the field of 3D modeling.
The training is carried out in the Codebloks environment on the online platform Tinkercad. This environment allows you to view the result of the created program in three-dimensional space.
During the lesson, students will learn to create 3D models of various objects, using programming blocks. Also, students in the study of this area will learn to use in the created scripts: linear algorithms, loops, branches, variables, mathematical operations.
During this course, students will put their knowledge of English into practice, as the names of the programming blocks have the names of this language, which will allow them to memorize the most common names of commands used in more complex programming.
Students will expand their knowledge in the field of mathematics, namely in detail will consider geometric shapes, mathematical operations, and the coordinate three-dimensional plane.
In each lesson, students will create 3D models of everyday life, famous characters, cartoons, and computer games. 3D model data can be printed on a 3D printer.
Students will also develop logical thinking, spatial imagination, and creativity, which will help develop creative thinking.
After completing this course, students will learn the basics of programming and develop skills in using scripts in the field of 3D modeling.
What is needed: personal computer with web connection support (webcam and microphone), Internet connection speed of AT LEAST 7 MB/s (incoming and outgoing).
Preparing for the first lesson: before the first lesson, students are provided with all the necessary information on how to install the required training programs on their computer, as well as instructions on how to install and operate Zoom.
The teacher helps students understand all the tools and programs in the first trial lesson that will be used in the course, as well as gives an introductory lesson with practical tasks for students.
Form of education: training takes place in groups (no more than 8 people) once a week. During the remote lesson, students work in the Zoom program, where the teacher has the opportunity to monitor their work and help using the remote control function. Parents are recommended to be present during the lesson.
