Welcome to the exciting “Micro:Bit Universe” course for your child.
This course is a true immersive experience into the world of robotics and programming using the Micro:Bit board and a constructor kit.
Throughout this course, students will have the opportunity to build and program over 30 incredibly vibrant robots and mechanisms that we encounter in our daily lives. Among them are a robotic arm, forklift, gyroscope, helicopter, train, blender, catapult robot, and many others. Assembling these models will foster engineering knowledge and skills, introduce the functioning of sensors and actuators, and provide hands-on experience in programming the Micro:Bit controller in a simple and convenient visual environment on a computer or tablet.
We will delve into the general principles of building robots and their individual components. Children will learn how to work with tools, perform electrical connections, and grasp the basics of algorithms, all of which will be essential for further programming and informatics studies. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to express their creativity by crafting their own projects, a crucial phase of the learning process.
